Licensing

This screen displays the available licences for the selected Infinity modules. To access the Licensing screen, select the following menu options:

This screen displays all the available NYC H+H Contact Center Scripting Tool licences.

It consists of 3 distinctive panels:

The licences that are currently in use are shown per module:

  • Module: The name of the licensed module
  • Max Allowed: The maximum number of allowed connections per module
  • In Use: The number of current connections per module

The following actions are available on the panel:

Action Description
icon Updates the displayed plugins.
Double-click module on Connections Narrows the displayed connections to the licences for that module.

The expiration date of the available licences is displayed:

  • Module: The name of the licensed module
  • Max Allowed: The maximum number of allowed connections per module
  • Expiry Date: The expiration date for each module

The following actions are available on the panel:

Action Description
icon Updates the displayed plugins.
Double-click module on Connections Narrows the displayed connections to the licences for that module.

More details about the current module connections:

  • Machine: The name of the connected device
  • IP Address: The IP address of the connected device
  • Module: The name of the module the connection is made to
  • Version: The module's version
  • Agent: The name of the agent using the connection
  • Fullname: The full name of the agent using the connection

The following actions are available on the panel:

Icon Description
Reload dongle licences.
Updates the contents of a panel.
Opens a menu with the modules allowing you to tick the ones to be displayed in the Connections panel.
Exports the displayed connections data to a CSV file.

Kills the connection for that licence.

Tip: Alternatively you can right-click the connection and select 'Kill Connection'.
