Rules

This is the first screen that you need to configure when creating a diary for the campaign, as it allows you to set up the rules of the diary/booking system.

The Rules can be accessed by selecting the following menu options:

The left panel displays the existing rules and can contain multiple entries for the same day as you may wish to cater for lunch breaks, for example Mon is 09:00 to 12:00 and then 13:30 to 16:30. The right panel displays the settings of the selected rule.

Actions

The following actions are available through the toolbar:

Icon	Description
	Updates the list of rules
	Add a new rule by providing its settings
	Edits the settings of the selected rule
	Removes the selected rule from the system (with confirmation)
	Stores your rule changes
	Toggles the display of the inactive rules

Settings

The following details are available for each rule:

• Rule Reference: A code of your choosing to group a set of rules together. This allows you to define multiple sets of booking rules.
• Day: Select the day for the rule
• Start/End Time: Set the time period for the rule
• Duration: Set the duration for the rule
