Search Screen
If the current task did not start with a record already loaded (ie. an inbound call), the Search panel can be used to locate a task record. The Search panel will be displayed to the right of the main screen and provides basic filtering options that will help you locate a record.
To find a record enter information in to one, or more, of the search fields (adjusting the Operator drop-down list, if necessary) and click the Search icon. The list at the bottom of the panel will update to show all records that match the selection criteria.
If you see the record you require in the results list at the bottom, all you have to do to select the record and start using it with a script, you just need to double-click it.
If the script has been configured to allow you to add new records, then the Add New button will be shown at the top of the panel next to the Search button.
