Description	Sends an SMS message to a recipient using the Clouditalia API
Parameter 1	The message to be sent (160 chars maximum)
Parameter 2	The phone number of the message's recipient
Parameter 3	A PROPERTYLIST with the following options: TYPE: It should be set to TX for standard text SMS SENDER The name or number of the sender. It might be subject to filtering (should be tested thoroughly before use).
