Send message [ ] to [ ] using source [ ] reply [ ] when [ ]

Description	Sends a message through the OnePoint Global Gateway Services according to the routing
Parameter 1	The text of the message. Depending on the route this will be automatically split and concatenated.
Parameter 2	The destination number that the message is to be sent to. It must include the full country code.
Parameter 3	The source number or branded text (if the route supports it) that the message comes from. If the message is set to reply to then it cannot be branded.
Parameter 4	When set to True, the message can be replied to. If the route support branded messages then setting this false allows greater flexibility with the source.
Parameter 5	Depending on the account settings, it allows the message to be delayed until a certain time (optional).
