Ultracomms

This Ultracomms Engine Extension (EngineExtension.Ultracomms.dll) provides access to the Ultracomms recording solution through the following commands.

• Start playback for transaction ID [ ]: Listen to an IVR recording
• Locate IVR record for customer reference [ ]: Locate an IVR recording for a specific customer reference
• Locate IVR record for transaction ID [ ]: Locate an IVR recording for a specific transaction ID
• Download MP3 file for transaction ID [ ] into folder [ ] with filename [ ]: Download a call recording in MP3 format
• Download WAV file for transaction ID [ ] into folder [ ] with filename [ ]: Download a call recording in WAV format
