Replicates the corresponding command from "view data" module to update the history of a record

PROPERTYLIST=HistoryID| UpdateProject(True/False)| Comments| RecordStatus| CallOutcomeCode| CallOutcomeDescription| CallOutcomeSystemCode| CallOutcomeSubCode| CallOutcomeSubCodeDescription where:

• HistoryID: The id of the record from rHistory_Detail table
• UpdateProject: Aflag to indicate if only the “rHistory_Detail” table should be updated, or also the “pContacts” table
• Comments: It is compulsory to add a description for auditing purposes
• RecordStatus, CallOutcomeCode, CallOutcomeDescription, CallOutcomeSystemCode, CallOutcomeSubCode, CallOutcomeSubCodeDescription: New values for the record
