Description

Allows you to create an email from a template
Parameter 1

The email template to be used to create the new email
Parameter 2

The creation mode to be used:

  • AUTOSEND – create the email merging any customer data required and saves the email without any further user intervention
  • NORMAL – opens the email and allows the agent to view and amend it, before they either send it or cancel it
  • READONLY – opens the email and allows the agent to view it, before they either send it or cancel it
