Description

Allows you to create a letter from a template
Parameter 1

The letter template to be used to create the new letter
Parameter 2

The creation mode to be used:

  • AUTOSEND – create the letter merging any customer data required and saves the it without any further user intervention
  • NORMAL – opens the letter and allows the agent to view and amend it, before they either send it or cancel it
  • READONLY – opens the letter and allows the agent to view it, before they either send it or cancel it
