About Tiles

Tiles allow you to provide information to the end user that is tailored to their needs allowing them to see, at a glance, stats (their own or those of their campaign or team), provide information on new products, staff offers, motivational messages or simple questions and polls.

The area in which the Tiles are shown is known as the Home screen and is shown when there are either no editing tabs currently open or the user has decided to switch to it.

The Home Screen can consist of multiple pages of tiles and there are several different types of tile each capable of conveying information to the user in a different way. The user can switch between the different Home Screen pages by clicking on the large page names at the top of the screen. The currently selected tile page name will be highlighted in white whilst non-selected pages will appear grey.

Using the Tile Manager various types of tile can be defined and can be grouped together and assigned to individual users, access levels or clients to provide an agent “dashboard”. You can specify the text and the images displayed within them and define what happens when a user clicks on them.

You can also target tiles at certain groups of users based on their access level or the projects/skills to which they are assigned, to further personalise the experience.
