Tile Manager

The Tiles interface allows you to define multiple “pages” which act as holding areas for the tiles. A page will only be shown to a user if they have a permission to see at least one of the tiles on that page.

The Tile manager can be accessed from the following menu option:

When the Tile Manager is launched, a list will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen that displays all of the tile pages that have currently been defined in the active projects.

Clicking on one of the items in this list will display a list of the Tiles that are on the page and a space for editing the name of the page, if required, on the right-hand side (editing panel) of the screen.

You can drag and drop a tile page up or down to rearrange it in the list and then click the toolbar icon to confirm.

Note: Any tiles that are attached only to inactive projects do not appear under a page in the 'Tiles' section.

Main actions

The following actions are available through the toolbar on the top:

Icon	Description
	Add a new page. Type a Description, select an Orientation and use the Tile actions to manage tiles for that page.
	Modify the Description or the tiles of the selected page.
	Removes a selected page (with confirmation). Warning: Check you have highlighted the correct page before continuing.
	Saves a new or modified page.
	Toggles the display of the inactive tile pages.
	Toggles the display of the tile pages for inactive projects.
	Allows you to confirm the rearrangement of a tile page within the list with drag and drop (initially inactive).

Tile actions

The following actions are available through the 'Tiles' section:

Action	Trigger	Description
Adds new tile	icon on the 'Tiles' section toolbar	Allows you to select one of the available Tile Types for your new page. Note: This will display a list of tiles that you have permission to add to the system. As soon as you click the selected tile you will be navigated to the Tile Editor.
Modifies a tile	Double-click tile or right-click and 'Edit'	Opens the Tile Editor for modifying the selected tile.
Delete a tile	Right-click tile and 'Delete'	Deletes the selected tile (with confirmation).
Refreshes tiles	icon on 'Tiles' section toolbar	Refreshes the list with the page's tiles.
