Schedule

The project Schedule screen displays a list of the automated services set to the current Infinity project.

To access the Schedule screen select the following menu options:

This screen displays an overview of the active automations for the project.

The filters on the left can be used to narrow the records by enabling or disabling the automated services to be shown.

Select the checkboxes for the required filters and click the toolbar icon) to updated the scheduled records on the right panel.

Data

Each scheduled record consists of the following data:

  • Active: Whether the schedule is active or not
  • Client: The project group where the project automation belongs
  • Project: The name of the project in which the service is scheduled
  • Service: The service for which the automation is scheduled
  • Description: A description for the schedule
  • Frequency: The frequency of the automation
  • Next Run Date: The next date that the automation will run
  • Status: It can be one of the following:
    • : Ready to run
    • : Running or Stuck
    • : Error

Actions

The following actions are available through the toolbar:

Icon Description
Updates the screen contents.

Allows you to modify the settings for that schedule.

Click the icon to confirm your changes.

Deletes a selected Schedule (with confirmation).

  Sets back the status from Error () to Ready to run () so it will get picked up by manager and run successfully.

Navigates you to the project automation screen where the schedule was created.

Example: For a POP3 service schedule a project screen similar to the following would be opened:

Toggles displaying the inactive schedules.

Opens a menu with the following options:

  • Show All: When enabled, all the available automated services are displayed on the list
  • Show in Error: When enabled, only the services in Error status are displayed on the list

Click once to activate these options (check icon appearing to the left) and then click the toolbar icon to update the list.

Clicking an option twice deactivates it (removing check icon).
