Update Data
This screen allows you to perform actions on multiple records at the same time as selected in the View Data screen.
You can apply the following updates:

Allows you to update all the database fields for the "root" (search lead) table.
First you select a field in the Update drop-down list and you type its new Value.
Example: If the root table is pSMS, you can update pSMS table based on sms_ID for all selected records. If the root table is pContacts/pContactsExtra then you can update pContacts table, based on Con_SysID (not possible to update pContactsExtra).
Then you click the Add button to add the amended field to the list below. After doing the same for all the fields you want to modify (typing a value and adding them to the list), click the Update button to update the database table with your changes. The other available buttons are:
- Edit: Edits the selected value of the list
- Delete: Removes the selected value from the list
- Clear: Resets the form without performing any database updates

Allows you to update all the database fields for the pContacts/pContactsExtra table.
First you select a field in the Update drop-down list and you type its new Value.
Example: If the root table is pSMS, you can update pContacts/pContactsExtra table, based on sms_SysID mapped to Con_SysID/ConExt_SysID. If the root table is pContacts/pContactsExtra the you can update pContacts/pContactsExtra table, based on Con_SysID/ConExt_SysID.
Then you click the Add button to add the amended field to the list below. After doing the same for all the fields you want to modify (typing a value and adding them to the list), click the Update button to update the database table with your changes. The other available buttons are:
- Edit: Edits the selected value of the list
- Delete: Removes the selected value from the list
- Clear: Resets the form without performing any database updates

Allows you to update "infinity" callbacks (not predictive). The New, Callback and Recycle options filter the callbacks that will be updated by any changes on this tab.
The following actions are available:
- Pause/Resume: Use the buttons to pause or resume the callbacks.
- Change Priority To: Change the priority of the callbacks by typing a number in the field and clicking the Update button next to it.
- Change To: Modifies the callbacks' date and time.
- Reallocate To: Select one of the following:
Pool: Deallocates the callback from any users or teams allowing anyone with the correct task type to get the call
Skill: Reallocates the callback to a different skill you can select in the listbox to the right
User: Reallocates the callback to a different user for the selected skill in the drop-down list to the right
Click Update button afterwards.

Allows you to update "Callmedia" callbacks (predictive).
In case you have multiple Callmedia servers, you can choose to update only one in the Servers list box.
The following actions are available:
- Pause/Resume: Pause or resume the callbacks
- Reset: Makes those leads as new calls on predictive server
- Remove: Removes the selected calls from the predictive server
- Change Priority To: Change the order of the calling list. A list with a higher number will pass first in relation to others.
The 'Details' panel (bottom-left) shows the selection criteria of the selected dataview in View Data screen.
