View Data
This screen allows you to view and change the data of the database tables. To access the View Data module, you should select the following menu options:

Screen layout
The screen contains the following panels:

Filters panel
On the left panel there are several filters for narrowing the list of callbacks (date, teams, skills, users and periods). Selecting each of these filters show its available choices as checkboxes. You can select any of these choices or use the Show All checkbox above for controlling all of them together.
After selecting the required filters click the
icon on the top toolbar to update the 'Details' panel.
Tip: Upon refreshing the screen, a progress box will be shown displaying the data fetching progress. If the procedure takes too long (e.g. when downloading very large datasets) then you can click the Cancel button to stop it.

List panel
It displays a list of the available dataviews you can select from. These views are Reporting Filters and they have a little funnel icon
next to them. They are grouped by Reporting Table which is the base datafile the view is based on.
For each dataview the following parameters exist:
- Data Type: Defines the table the view is based on
- Name: The descriptive name given to this dataview

Selection Criteria: Click the ellipsis button to further filter the data displayed.
Actions
The following actions are available through the toolbar of the List panel:
Icon Description Add a new dataview by filling its parameters Modify the parameters of the selected dataview Removes the selected dataview Updates the dataviews -
Details panel
The Details panel shows the selection criteria of the selected dataview.

Records panel
The Records panel lists the records of the selected dataview. Double-clicking a record opens the Lead View screen for viewing and editing its data values.
Data actions
The following actions are available through the toolbar on the 'Records' panel:
