Fulfilment Templates
Infinity allows agents to produce letters and emails, based on templates that are controlled from within the product. Templates can be created using a rich Word like editor, which can be merged during the script with the current customer data to produce a tailored letter, or email.
The templates can either be produced by agents via the workflows, or as part of the Fulfilment Service as an automated task.
It is also possible to create the templates within a script using the following function builder commands:

The Fulfilment Templates screen contains the following panels:

List panel: It shows the already defined templates. Selecting a template displays its settings and attributes on the right. Enabling the
icon displays he non active templates as defined in the settings.
The templates listed in the list are grouped in categories that can be defined through their settings.
- Settings panel panel: The basic settings of the template including its type.
- Attributes panel panel: For each template type you can define a number of attributes that will control how the template is used and merged.

The following actions are available through the toolbar on the top of the panel:

Specific Configuration
The following settings apply to all templates acting as default if the corresponding items are note set in the attributes list.

The final step that needs to be configured is the location merged letters will be saved. This is held in the Project Settings under the DocumentPath setting.

Note: The save location for the merge documents or attachments is held in Value1 and can be a full path, or pDocuments if the they are to be stored in the database. |
