Social Accounts

This screen allows you to setup social accounts for Facebook, Twitter, Viber or Whatsapp that can be used in the Social Schedule automation screen. To access social accounts, select the following options from the menu:

Actions

The following actions are available through the toolbar on the top of the panel:

Icon Description
Updates the list of templates
Add a new social account by providing the required details
Modify the details of an account
Remove the selected account (with confirmation)
Save your changes to the system

Details

  • Description: The name of the social account
  • Type (drop-down list): Select Facebook, Twitter, Viber or Whatsapp
  • Connector: Enter the file name of an external DLL to be used for performing the social media functions (must be in the EXT folder)
  • Task Type (drop-down list): Select a task to be executed with the incoming messages
  • Calls List (drop-down list): Select the calls list the task selected above is assigned to
  • Security: Provide the required security parameters depending on the selected social account type
  • Settings: This sections can be used to set a number of settings relating to the social media collection process
