Flow Reports

Flow Reports are designed to be multi-page reports where information is broken down into a series of repeating groups or sections.

To access the Flow Reports functionality, click Flow Reports on the Menu links panel at the top of the screen.

Flow Reports run in two distinct modes:

• Edit Mode (default): This mode allows you to create your flow reports by manually adding all of the various sections and items or use the available wizard. At the top-right of this mode the following actions are available:

  Option	Description
  Launch Wizard	Launches the Flow Report Flow Report Wizard in a pop-up window. Any existing report information will be cleared from the screen.
  Options	Opens the report Options.
  New Flow Report	Clears a screen for starting a new flow report
  Run Flow Report	Switches to the Run mode

  Note: Charts cannot be added to the Flow Report via the Wizard. This has to be performed as a manual process.

• Run Mode: This mode displays the created flow report. All previously configured layouts and elements will now be displayed. Scroll up and down to access the various reporting elements.

To toggle between Edit and Run mode, click the Run or Edit icon located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
