The History screen will allow you to see details of all previous communication with the task record, and will appear to the right of the script.
The History viewer shows a summary of the events along the top. Click a communication icon to see the associated events below.

The following communication icons are available on the top:

The events for each communication type are shown in a compact "conversation" mode (Inbound versus Outbound versus System).
There is also support for the visual theme specified in the Infinity Application Configuration File.
