Select Skill
This pop-up screen allows you to select a skill which defines how campaigns within Infinity operate.
To access the Select Skill screen, select the following menu options:
This will bring up the Skill Selection dialog.
The dialog show a list of all the skills that you have been assigned grouped by Project. Each Project can be expanded to show its Skills underneath it.
There are a number of icons alongside each skill which gives extra information about it:

This skill talks to a real telephony server |

This skill is weighted to allow tasks to be blended from it and other weighted skills |

This indicates calls will be automatically answered for you |

This indicates the skill is running in complex mode which mean you will be given calls and tasks by the telephony layer automatically |
Select the required skill and click the icon to load the CTI Toolbar.
