Select Skill

This pop-up screen allows you to select a skill which defines how campaigns within Infinity operate.

To access the Select Skill screen, select the following menu options:


This will bring up the Skill Selection dialog.

The dialog show a list of all the skills that you have been assigned grouped by Project.  Each Project can be expanded to show its Skills underneath it.

There are a number of icons alongside each skill which gives extra information about it:

Icon Description

This is an Inbound only skill

This is a Blended skill

This is an Outbound skill

This skill talks to a real telephony server

This skill is weighted to allow tasks to be blended from it and other weighted skills

This indicates calls will be automatically answered for you

This indicates the skill is running in complex mode which mean you will be given calls and tasks by the telephony layer automatically

Select the required skill and click the icon to load the CTI Toolbar.
