Infinity 4.4.2 launches November 2016
In November 2016 the latest update of Infinity was released. Contact your account manager to upgrade your existing modules for free. Why upgrade? As well as new functionality, version 4.4.2 refines and improves on many existing features of Infinity. Here’s a quick taster of what’s been improved and what’s new since version 4.4.1:

Script & Screen watermarks can now be referenced from an image resource file.

Hot spots can respond to both keyboard and in focus appearance changes when tabbing around them.

(CREATEHISTORYRECORDWITHTIMINGS): Creates a history record with all the call timings up to this point, resets the script screen flow history and resets the script start time to now

(RESETSCREENHISTORY): Clears the history of screens visited during the running of the script

(RESETSCRIPTSTART): Resets the “script start time” to Now

(CREATENEWLETTER2): Allows you to create a letter from a template

(CREATENEWEMAIL2): Allows you to create an email from a template

(UPDATELEADHISTORYCALLOUTCOME): Replicates the corresponding command from "view data" module to update the history of a record

(CHANGEACTIVEPROJECT): Allows you to change the project that the script is running against

(CTISETCLI): Tells CMGR that this number should be passed as the CLI to any dial commands raised by the script

- REMOVEFROMDICTIONARY: The command has been modified to support wildcards for key(s) to be removed.

- [SCRIPTDATEFORMAT]: Defines the date format string used by the system
- [SCRIPTNOWFORMAT]: Defines the “now” format string used by the system
- [SCRIPT_DICTIONARYEMPTYKEY]: Sets the return value for the dictionary commands if it is not able to locate a key
- [SCRIPT_CAPTUREKEYPRESSFOR]: Defines the keys to be handled by the GLOBAL_ONKEYPRESS global function as a comma separated list of keys
- [SCRIPT_HOST]: Holds information on the “wrapper” that the engine is running in:
- CMGR for contact manager or
- SCRIPTRUNNER if running as a back office script


Available with Callmedia CU40 as an API call with Avaya, silent listening to an Extension/CTI logon of an agent is now an Infinity option through the Reporting> Realtime> Real Time Gateway menu.
