Print (export) to a File
You can print your script to a file in either PDF or Rich Text Format (RDF). To improve the presentation of the script documentation you are able to amend a number of new settings and properties. The fonts used to produce the document can be specified via the Script Settings.
You can control how detailed these outputs are by selecting or de-selecting the parameters provided in the following tabs:

<Document type>: To change between PDF and RTF output click the respective icon.
- Filename: Allows you to edit the name of the file generated. It will default the path to your Documents folder.
- Open document once produced: Opens the document using the default viewer for the document type
- Show Feedback: Includes a feedback section in the document, which will list all feedback items
- Show Audit Summary: Includes an Audit section in the document, which will list a summary of the audit history of the script
- Show Routing: The document includes the routing image

This section allows you to include an image in the header of the document pages.
Images
- <Image type>: Select one of the following:
- No image in header: It does not use any image.
- Use watermark image: It uses the current script watermark.
- Use custom image: Navigates you to the Image Selector for selecting the image you wish to use.
- Show project logo: The logo is added to the front page of the document above the “Script Documentation” text.
Controls
- All Controls: The document lists every control on each page
- Databound Controls: The document lists only those controls on each page that are bound to database fields
- Commented on Controls: The document lists only those controls on each page that have a comment
- Show Each Tab Page: The document shows an image for each tab page defined on Tab Controls
Functions
- Show Functions: The document includes information on each function within the script. To specify the way this information will be presented select one of the following:
- Show Function Code: Shows the functions in the native infinity script language
- Show Function Text: Shows the functions using the English descriptions (only for Engine 4 based scripts)
- Show Function Image: Shows the function as a image
Once you have specified how you want the script document, click the toolbar icon and the script document will be produced as a file in the location specified.
Note: The produced document includes the script version number and version of Workflow Designer that was used.
