Tile Types
The Tile Manager provides you access to the following tiles:
Tile Type | Description |

Accept Tile |
Presents the user with a question with a two-state answer (ie. Yes/No, True/False). When the user reads the question and clicks an answer, the agent and their response will be recorded. The responses can be viewed by editing the Tile and viewing the Responses tab. Note: See Question Manager for information on how to set-up questions for this tile type. |
Browser Tile | Allows displaying browser content to the user |
Dashboard Tile | Displays data from a variety of reporting tables |
Gateway Pie Tile | Displays a pie of the current call statuses of logged-in users. |
Gateway Table Tile | Displays a table of the current call statuses of logged-in users. |
Generic Control Tile | Allows displaying a custom control inside a tile |
KPI Chart Tile | Displays a chart of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) |
Media Tile | Allows displaying or playing media files to the user |
Poll Tile |
Presents the user with a question with several possible answers. When the user reads the question and clicks an answer, the agent and their response are stored and the results of the Poll are displayed from that point on. That user will not be able to respond again. The responses can be viewed by editing the Tile and viewing the Responses tab. Note: See Question Manager for information on how to set-up questions for this tile type. |
QA Summary Tile | Allows displaying QA information to the user |
QA To Acknowledge Tile | Allows displaying QA assessments that have been completed for agents and they need review |
Query Count Tile |
Allows displaying a single value that is the result of a SQL query on the database |
Rich Text Tile | Allows display of richly-formatted text (different fonts/colours/sizes etc). |
Script Tile | Allows running a script/workflow inside a tile |
Text Tile | Allows display of basic, unformatted text messages. |
User Activity - Bar Chart Tile | A bar chart of the users activity |
User Activity - Count Tile | A count of a specific aspect of a user’s activity |
User Activity - Table Tile | A table of user activity |
User Activity - Target Tile |
Allows displaying the agent QA scores and other data for meeting the QA targets |
