Skill Groups
The Skill Groups option provides a way of assigning multiple skills to multiple agents at the same time. Skills can be assigned to multiple skill groups but agents can be assigned to only one skill group.
To access the Skill Groups, select the following menu options:
On the left panel of the skill groups screen appears a list of the currently defined groups.
Actions
The following actions are available through the toolbar:

Details
Selecting one skill group on the left list shows to the right panels its details for viewing or editing:
- Name: A name for the skill group
- Description: A description for the skill group
- Active (checkbox): De-select this to make the group inactive (selected by default)

It displays a list of the project related skills that are currently allocated to this skill group. Double-clicking a skill navigates you to the Skills screen.
The following actions are available through the section's toolbar:

It displays a list of the user that are currently allocated to this skill group. The following actions are available through the section's toolbar:
