Filters
When the first level filtering by task type, and the second level filtering by calls list proves insufficient for your needs, you can create projects filters which can then be assigned to the skills.

To access the Filters editor, select the following options from the menu:
Project Filters are listed down the left-hand side of the screen and edited on the right.
When the toolbar icon is enabled, the inactive filters are also shown.
Actions
Use the toolbar on the top of the right panel to do the following:

Details
The details of each filter include the following:
- Active (checkbox): If unchecked the project filter will be inactive
- Description: A descriptive name for the filter

Filter: The actual filter which can be added or edited by clicking the ellipsis (…) button to the right of the text box. You can use this cut-down version of Function Builder to create your filter statements.
Clicking a command group on the top-left panel displays the available commands to the right. You can drag and drop the commands to the editing panel below to build your filter.
Important: The Data Fields command group does not contain any default commands. To populate the group you have to define one or more Project Filters in the Reporting tab of the project settings.
Click the

icon on the toolbar.
