Owners
The “owner” can be a person, room, meeting, or event depending on your campaign needs and is a place holder under which the booking will be made.
The Owners can be accessed by selecting the following menu options:
The left panel displays the existing owners and the right panel displays the settings of the selected owner.
Actions
The following actions are available through the toolbar:

Settings
The following details are available for each owner:
- Reference: A code used to identify the owner
- Name: A friendly name for the owner
- Location (optional): Indicates where the owner is located
- Email Address (optional): The email address of the owner
- Telephone Number (optional): The contact number of the owner
- Diary Rule (drop-down list): Indicates which set of booking Rules apply to this owner
