Owners

The “owner” can be a person, room, meeting, or event depending on your campaign needs and is a place holder under which the booking will be made.

The Owners can be accessed by selecting the following menu options:

The left panel displays the existing owners and the right panel displays the settings of the selected owner.

Actions

The following actions are available through the toolbar:

Icon Description
Updates the list of owners
Add a new owner by providing its settings
Edits the settings of the selected owner
Removes the selected owner from the system (with confirmation)
Stores your owner changes
Toggles the display of the inactive owners

Settings

The following details are available for each owner:

  • Reference: A code used to identify the owner
  • Name: A friendly name for the owner
  • Location (optional): Indicates where the owner is located
  • Email Address (optional): The email address of the owner
  • Telephone Number (optional): The contact number of the owner
  • Diary Rule (drop-down list): Indicates which set of booking Rules apply to this owner
  • Areas: Check the areas to be assigned to owners

    Note: The same mapping can be done through the Areas screen.
