Callmedia Groups

This screen allows you to group Callmedia users for easier retrieving on the 'User' tabs of Callmedia Teams and Callmedia Skills screens. To access it, select the following menu options:

The screen appears in a new tab.

On the left it shows a list of the Callmedia groups under the Callmedia CTI Server associated to the project. To the right an editing panel is available for managing the groups and their users.

Allocation

Right-clicking a group on the left-side list panel provides you with the following options:

  • Allocate: Allows you to link one or more Callmedia groups to the current project by selecting them and clicking the icon.

  • Deallocate: Unlinks the selected Callmedia group from the current project.

Actions

The following actions are available through the icons on the top toolbar:

Icon Description
Updates the displayed information

Add a new Callmedia group by typing a Description

Modify the Description the selected Callmedia group
Remove the selected Callmedia group from the system
After modifying the Callmedia group, use this button to commit your changes.

Users

Selecting a Callmedia group on the left list displays its associated users to the 'Users' section. The following actions are available through the Users toolbar:

Icon Description
Updates the list of group users.

Allows you to add a user to the group.

  • Select <All> to show all users or
  • Select a group on the drop-down list to show its users or
  • Select <None> to show the users that do not belong to any group.

Then select one or more users from the list and click the icon to confirm.

Removes the selected user from the group (with confirmation).
