KnowledgeBase

The Knowledgebase module allows you create a searchable repository of information which can be organised into logical groups and used by Infinity agents to provide on-call answers about a topic relevant to the project they are working on. Multiple knowledgebases of articles with change control, tracking of usage, etc. can be built. These knowledgebases (KBs) by default are stored in the main Infinity database. It is also possible to create a ‘standalone’ KB on a different SQL server, if necessary.
