Global

The Global Options provide access to:

• Manage Users & Permissions: Setting up the Infinity user accounts and the permissions allocated to users, access levels or roles.
• Tile Manager: Using the tile editor to add and customize tiles
• Clients & Projects: Defining and grouping projects
• Telephony: Managing CTI Servers, DNIS (Dialled Number Identification Service), Dialling Parameters, Dialling Prefixes, etc.
• Global Settings: Customizing global system parameters and viewing image library and licenses

To access the Global Options click the following icon on the vertical bar on the left of the Console Interface:
