Project
The Project Options provides access to:
- Data Management: View Data, Import Data, Export Data and manage Calling Lists
- Call Setup: Manage Call Outcomes, Result Codes, Calling Rules, Skills, etc.
- Database: Add and edit user-defined database Tables
- Scripts: The Workflow Designer (or Script Designer) allows you to create, edit and manage any number of scripts or interfaces for the agents' communication
- Diary: Manage Infinity's diary functions
- Automation: Create and edit automated reports
- General: Customise Project Settings and produce Fulfilment Templates
- Callmedia Dialer Tools: Manage Callmedia Teams, Callmedia Calling Lists and Callmedia Campaigns
- Sytel Dialler Tools: Administer campaigns, manage dialling lists, rules and algorithms, etc.
